Location of the Industrial Cluster:
- The research and planning area of Dinh Lap Industrial Cluster has many advantages for industrial development, in line with the socio-economic development orientation and the general planning orientation.
- The land area is qualified to form and develop an industrial cluster complex.
- Convenient transportation due to National Highway 4B Lang Son – Quang Ninh and National Highway 31 Bac Giang – Dinh Lap – Ban Chat passing through; National Highway 4B adjacent to the fence of the industrial cluster is currently under construction to renovate the road, the area passing through Dinh Lap district is expected to be completed in October 2023 and the entire National Highway 4B will be completed in 2024.
- There is a lot of potential for local labor resources and neighboring localities, convenient for investors to recruit workers.
Feasibility of the project:
- Favorable site clearance: The land to be recovered is mainly production forest land (48.4ha) under the management of Dinh Lap One Member Co., Ltd. – Vietnam Forestry Corporation to hand over land to serve the construction of the industrial cluster project. Regarding residential land and people’s land, the households affected by the project have basically agreed on the policy of investing in the infrastructure of the industrial cluster and the compensation and site clearance policy mechanism of the project, reaching a rate of 91.4% of households (85/93 households) in agreement. Dinh Lap District People’s Committee commits that after the project is decided to establish an industrial park and the investment project is approved, it will closely coordinate with the investor, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations, prestigious people, and local authorities to propagate, mobilize, and persuade households who have not agreed with the compensation price for site clearance, and not to let complicated complaints occur in the district.
- Regarding the power and water infrastructure serving the industrial park after it comes into operation: Power source from medium and low voltage grid when there is a 110Kv high voltage line and a 35Kv medium voltage line running near the planned location of the industrial park. Water source taken from Quang Hoa and Khuoi Ta streams, within a radius of 2÷3 km, is enough to supply for the production activities of the industrial park.
- The project receives investment incentives for industrial parks according to current law provisions.
