Established Equipment and Spare Parts Corporation

Consolidated into Machinery and Spare Parts Corporation under Decision No. 163/ TMDL-TCCB of the Ministry of Trade and Tourism.

The Machinery and Spare Parts Corporation was re-established under Decision No. 225/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, becoming Corporation 90 under the Ministry of Trade.

Machinery and Spare Parts Company was established on the basis of rearrangement of the Corporation's Office and its dependent accounting units according to Decision No. 0713/2003/QD-BTM of the Ministry of Trade.

Machinery and Spare Parts Company was granted business registration certificate by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment (No. 113655), registered for the first time.

Machinery and Spare Parts Company became a member of PetroVietnam under Decision No. 673/QD-DKVN of the PetroVietnam, successfully equitized and became PetroVietnam Machinery Technology JSC

Became a member of PetroVietnam Group

The company officially operated under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of 386,386,000,000 VND.

Became a member of PetroVietnam Oil and Gas Joint Stock Company.

Member of PetroVietnam Energy Technology Corporation.

Member of PetroVietnam Power Corporation. State-owned shareholders divest.

PVMachino officially no longer has a controlling stake in the state capital
