PetroVietnam Machinery and Technology JSC. and Hasky Hung Yen Investment JSC. held the Signing Ceremony with the aim of jointly contributing capital to cooperate in completing investment procedures for Quan Do Industrial Complex, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen province.

On May 29, 2023, Petroleum Machinery and Equipment Joint Stock Company held a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement with Hasky Hung Yen Investment Joint Stock Company. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Van Hiep, General Director, and representatives of functional departments of Petroleum Machinery – Equipment Joint Stock Company. On the side of the Hasky Hung Yen Investment Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Tran Viet Son, General Director and representatives of the functional departments of Hasky Hung Yen Investment Joint Stock Company.

      In order to jointly contribute capital to cooperate in completing investment procedures, building an investment project to build and trade technical infrastructure systems of Quan Do industrial cluster, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province, in Here, the two sides have come to an agreement to hold the Principle Contract Signing Ceremony under the witness of the entire Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Machinery and Equipment Joint Stock Company and Hasky Hung Yen Investment Joint Stock Company. The project implementation site is Doan Dao Commune, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province.

      This Principle Contract is the basis for the two parties to jointly develop a detailed cooperation plan in order to effectively exploit the resources and advantages of the two parties to achieve the set goals. At the ceremony, leaders of the two units expressed their joy and belief that the signing of a memorandum of cooperation would open up opportunities for the development of the two sides and suggested that after the Principle Contract was signed. , the relevant affiliated units of the two sides will promote implementation in each specific content so that cooperation activities can be implemented soon.
