Petrovietnam Machinery – Technology Joint Stock Company summarizes Production and Business Activities in 2023, deploys Business Plan in 2024 and organizes Labor Conference in 2024

On the afternoon of January 30, 2024, at the headquarters at 8 Trang Thi, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Petrovietnam Machinery – Technology Joint Stock Company(PVMACHINO) held a conference to summarize the year 2023, deploy the direction of operations for 2024 and the Labor Conference in 2024. The conference is an opportunity for the leaders and all employees of the Company to evaluate the results achieved in 2023, at the same time, set out the direction and tasks for 2024, in order to constantly innovate, develop production and business, and improve the lives of the Company’s employees.

Attending the conference, the Presidium of the conference included Mr. Vu Duc Tien – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; Mr. Pham Van Hiep – Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company; Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Chung – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union, along with the presence of members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, all the Company’s employees and representatives of Daseco Da Nang Company (subsidiary).

At the conference, Mr. Phan Trung Nghia – Deputy General Director of the Company reported on the summary of production and business activities in 2023 and deployed the direction and tasks of production and business in 2024 and solutions to implement the Company’s plan in 2024.

At the same time, the Labor Conference is a form of direct democracy for employees and workers to promote their democratic rights in participating in management, building company, and taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers. Thereby, building a harmonious and progressive labor relationship between employees and employers, contributing to building a stable and sustainable development of the Company.

The contents directly related to employees and the company’s interests were reported and supervised by Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Chung – Chairman of the Trade Union, about the implementation of Labor Contracts, Collective Labor Agreements, Collective Labor Regulations; policies and regimes for employees within 2023.

At the conference, the Company’s leaders acknowledged and commended the results of the Company’s performance; the results of the Union’s activities and continued to thoroughly grasp and request all Departments/Offices/Units to promote the results of 2023, overcome defects and continue to improve the lives, health care, regimes and policies for employees and workers; ensure the safety in all areas and determined to complete the tasks in 2024.

To overcome these difficulties, it is impossible not to mention the efforts of the entire PVMACHINO team who have always strived and together overcome the difficult and challenging year of 2023, together develop, achieve goals, conquer challenges in the new year 2024.
