       Attending the Congress were Mr. Le Hoang Thuy Van – Member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Labor Confederation, District Member, Chairman of the Hoan Kiem District Confederation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh – Vice Chairman of Hoan Kiem District Confederation of Labor.

       On the side of PetroVietnam Machinery and Equipment Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Pham Van Hiep – Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company and 65 delegates who are union members of PetroVietnam Machinery and Technology JSC.
