Signing Ceremony of Investment Cooperation Contract for Dinh Lap Industrial Cluster Project in Dinh Lap Commune, Dinh Lap District, Lang Son Province

On August 11, 2023, at the PVMachino’s office, PetroVietnam Machinery and Equipment Joint Stock Company (PVMACHINO) held the Signing Ceremony of Investment Cooperation Contract with An Phu Hung Business Investment Joint Stock Company (An Phu Hung).

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Van Hiep – General Director of PVMACHINO, Mr. Tran Huy Tuong – General Director of An Phu Hung Business Investment Joint Stock Company and representatives of leaders and functional departments of the two companies.

Leaders of both sides were present to sign the contract.

Dinh Lap industrial cluster project in Dinh Lap commune, Dinh Lap district, Lang Son province, with an area of ​​71.39 hectares, was issued Decision No. 576/QD-UBND by the People’s Committee of Lang Son province on April 14, 2023 on accepting approved the investment policy and at the same time approved the investor of Dinh Lap industrial cluster project in Dinh Lap commune, Dinh Lap district, Lang Son province.

Project Enterprise – Dinh Lap Industrial Development Co., Ltd., established by both parties, will organize the implementation of investment, management, operation and exploitation of Dinh Lap Industrial Cluster Project, accordance with the schedule committed in the Investment Cooperation Contract.

The cooperation project will effectively exploit the resources and advantages of the two sides. At the ceremony, leaders of the two units expressed their joy and believed that the signing of a cooperation contract would open up opportunities for the development of both sides in terms of both experience and resources. In particular, the investment and construction of Dinh Lap Industrial Cluster Project will open up new job opportunities for local people, ensure social security and economic development for Dinh Lap District in particular and Lang Son province in general.
